Victorian Silverplate Bun/Muffin Warmer

Marked "Made in England". Can be polished or left as is with the patina. All parts are in working order and usable. 

These are from the Victorian Era and used to warm buns or muffins by fire. The food item would sit in the basket covered by the grate
